ADSL & Broadband Terms

If you purchase an ADSL/broadband service from Telnet, irrespective of whether we have supplied a router or other device for internet connectivity, it is the customers responsibility to ensure they have adequate firewall or other security measures in place. Telnet specifically will not be held responsible for the loss of, or damaged calls by hacking or malicious programs.

For Hosted IP solutions not using our Assured IP product we will not be responsible for degradation or loss of call quality on these products, it is our recommendation that all IP Hosted solutions are connected to our network via a dedicated Assured IP Service provided at an additional cost.
